How would you describe your style?
I like to connect with people and their stories in order to capture them as genuinely and transparently as possible. I communicate as much as possible to guide the client so they connect with the moment and to produce images that represent them. I guarantee a great atmosphere and fun!
Where are you located?
I have lived for the past 7 years in Playa del Carmen, México. But I'm starting to plan a lifestyle that allows me to travel more as I am a free spirit. So I'm willing to travel to every place where a story needs to be portrayed.
Can we get to know each other before scheduling?
Sure, it would be a pleasure. We can do it through a video call or in person if we are in the same place.
Are your packages able to be personalized?
Yes, everything is customisable. We can go through all your options when we meet up, so you can find the one that fits you best.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Bank Deposit / Tranfer from México, Wise, Dolarapp, PayPal (6% fee). A
What are the payments terms?
30% of the payment is due at the beginning of the agreement, in wich we also book the date. This is not refundable. And the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
How far in advance should we book a photographer for our wedding?
The earlier, the better! If you would like to know If I'm still available on your wedding date, please fill in the contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How long does it take to deliver the pictures?
Clients receive the finished work no more than 90 calendar days.
Do you cover the event by yourself or do you send other people?
All the work is performed by Vicky Zappegno. If a second photographer is required, I have equally talented and experienced colleagues and we usually work together. If I am unable to cover the event due to an emergency, I will let you know in advance and there would be the option for one of my colleagues to go in my place if the client agrees.
If we just want a session, what style of clothing should we wear?
The style is defined by each client according to their taste and preference. I always like to suggest that if your service is in the Caribbean use light fabrics and plain colors that are not too flashy.
